Due to the nature of digital products (like affirmation cards, downloads, and guided exercises), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once delivered, digital items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Coaching & Self-Love Sessions

All coaching services and personalized programs, are non-refundable. These services require time, preparation, and energy tailored specifically to your journey.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your Mapping Session or a coaching call, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. One courtesy reschedule is allowed per session. Missed appointments without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

Exceptions & Support

If there was an issue with your download link or access to a purchased item, please reach out to me directly at sincerelykendal@kendalkreations.com within 7 days of purchase. I’ll be happy to assist.
